Are you an experienced installation leader with a passion for precision and a solid background in aluminium systems?
We’re looking for a hands-on Installations Manager to join a leading aluminium shop-fitting company known for excellence in design, fabrication, and project delivery. This position is based in Willowvale, Harare.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate all on-site aluminium shop-fitting installations
Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-time results
Liaise with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and enforce safety standards
Deliver on client satisfaction through hands-on leadership and technical excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven installation management experience (shop-fitting sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of aluminium systems and site operations
Skilled at reading technical drawings and leading teams
Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed
Bonus Points for:
Background in metalwork, joinery, or commercial interiors
Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools
