We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our products and services with confidence and integrity

 

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
