A well-established company in the Seychelles is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing, customer engagement, promotions, and brand initiatives. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial, sales, operations, and design teams across a growing business.

🔹 Main Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Lead and execute the full digital marketing strategy alongside the Commercial Director.

  • Manage and update the company website and digital content.

  • Run social media campaigns across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other key platforms.

  • Oversee both paid and organic advertising efforts to maximize engagement.

  • Keep all digital channels updated with promotions, events, and brand news.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage customer service platforms and digital sales channels.

  • Respond to service tickets and customer queries, ensuring high service standards.

  • Use digital tools to improve customer response times and service quality.

Promotions & Advertising

  • Plan and manage marketing activities such as sales events, stock liquidations, pop-up stores, and product launches.

  • Create and maintain quarterly and annual marketing calendars.

  • Lead publication efforts for branded materials, including the in-house magazine and promotional flyers.

Brand & Public Relations

  • Coordinate new product launches with the procurement team.

  • Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships.

  • Build relationships with media for ads, features, and PR campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all materials and platforms.

Event Management & Community Engagement

  • Organize and oversee customer and community events, including:

    • Product tastings

    • Beach cleanups and sustainability campaigns

    • Customer appreciation events

Strategy & Budgeting

  • Develop and monitor the company’s marketing strategy and budget.

  • Track campaign performance and report key insights to the Commercial Director.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with internal departments and external partners to align marketing with business goals:

    • Commercial, sales, operations, procurement, branding agencies, and design.

  • Manage campaign timelines, content development, and promotional execution.


🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with strong digital and customer relationship skills.

  • Expertise in digital advertising, campaign design, and data analysis.

  • Experience with platforms such as Meta for Business and Brevo is a strong plus.

  • Skilled in event planning and project management.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines effectively.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
