Our client in Maputo is looking for Admin & Finance Controller to join their team for a job vacancy within the Construction Equipment sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a group of companies’ environments.
  • Assist sales, management and external suppliers’ activities
  • Assist with invoices, purchase and payments controls.
  • Assist with HR regular activity.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Assist and keep logging on to periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years construction equipment/industrial/group of companies experience preferable (proven).
  • Good working knowledge of the process industry client base within Mozambique.
  • PA, Admin, HR, Audit, Controller qualification/track record preferable, but not necessary.
  • Experience with B2C and B2B clients
  • Experience with multicultural environment and group of companies’ way of working.
  • ERP/ CRM experience– SAGE 300 / SAP / Primavera / PHC / Workshop module.
