Our client, a leading insurance brokerage in East Africa, is looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager (Healthcare) to maintain and grow key healthcare accounts.
The ideal candidate will ensure high client satisfaction, drive renewals, manage claims and credit control, and collaborate with internal and insurer partners to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
Key requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in relationship management within the insurance sector
• Proven track record with healthcare or IPMI insurance clients
• Professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII) is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
