Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical distribution sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic Category Manager – Commercial to lead national sales and marketing operations, drive brand performance, and oversee key supplier and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 5 years in a senior regional leadership role. This position is responsible for managing a national sales team, developing growth strategies, and ensuring profitability within the commercial unit.
Our client is looking for the following:
• A science-related degree with a valid PPB license
• Proven success in pharmaceutical sales and category management
• Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Kenyan pharmaceutical market
• An MBA will be an added advantage
