Your Mission
As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for building a high-performing sales ecosystem across Africa and
target global territories. You’ll drive enrollment into our programme and future products by:
● Developing and managing a network of Chapter Heads in key territories
● Securing promotional partners and affiliates to expand our reach
● Leading pipeline development, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
● Cultivating a strong, high-energy sales culture across a distributed team

maverick-thinking business communities, and be at the heart of shaping Africa’s next generation of
business leaders.
Key Deliverables
● Deliver Sales Results: Own and drive enrollment and sales targets.
● Build the Chapter Head Network: Recruit, onboard, manage and support Chapter Heads across
target territories to lead local market growth.
● Activate Markets: Ensure brand presence, lead generation, and enrollment in target territories.
● Develop Partnerships: Identify, secure, and manage long-term promotional partners and
affiliates.
● Drive Strategy & Execution: Use data to forecast, plan, and adapt sales strategies to deliver
results.
What You Bring
● Experience in sales leadership, preferably in digital education, leadership development, or
pan-African ventures.
● Experience with building and managing distributed sales networks and partner ecosystems.
● An understanding of African markets.
● A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on, results-driven approach.
● Comfortable leading remote teams and navigating diverse cultural contexts.
