We are recruiting!
Our client, within the FMCG industry, is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Distribution Manager to join their team. He/she will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities as well as distribution of products. He/she will also be responsible for streamlining the processes to improve business performance and controls to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
Weekly meetings to discuss responsibilities and resource allocation
Budgets and Forecasts
Stock management, including optimum stock levels, re-order levels, and controls
Reporting
Security and regulatory requirements
Distribution and loading
Staff management
Warehouse maintenance and upkeep
Warehouse cleanliness
Warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management would be preferred but not essential.
10 years’ experience within the FMCG industry.
Excellent communication and delegation skills
Excellent reporting skills
Computer savvy
