Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify, evaluate, and develop strong relationships with suppliers, particularly in China and other Asian markets.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

Oversee the import process, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and compliance.

Work closely with logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery timelines and minimize costs.

Monitor global market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and mitigate risks.
Cost Optimization & Quality Control

Ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards for procured goods.

Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining supplier relationships.

Conduct regular supplier audits to maintain compliance with company standards.
Risk & Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to import/export regulations and compliance requirements.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to pricing, quality, and delivery.
Key Requirements
✔ 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or sourcing, with a strong focus on Chinese trade.
✔ Fluency in Mandarin (highly preferred) to communicate directly with Chinese suppliers.
✔ Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, logistics, and international trade laws.
✔ Excellent negotiation and contract management skills to secure the best terms with suppliers.
✔ Experience in cost control, budgeting, and supplier quality management.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✔ Ability to travel frequently to China and other sourcing destinations when required.
