Our client in Tete is looking for a Project HR to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Customer Management and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Strictly implement the company’s policies, especially the implementation of disciplinary action according to the employee code of conduct.
  • Manage employee attendance and maintain the attendance file timely.
  • Regular and irregular training for employees to improve their performance and business level.
  • Calculate payroll, make sure the payroll calculation is accurate and timely.
  • Responsible for employee relations, find and solve employee disputes in time.

Requirement

  • At least five years of HR management experience, with comprehensive experience in training, compensation, employee relations and employee evaluation.
  • College degree or above in related field
  • Familiar with using computer.
  • Strong personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Resolute, strong execution, honest and reliable.
