Our client in Tete is looking for a Personnel and payroll Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Payroll and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly payroll check, including social security and personal income tax.
  • Collect and manage employee information, including but not limited to employee contract, leave record, salary adjustment document, overtime application, bonus application, leave application. Maintain payroll files for employees to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Accept the project staff clock in attendance audit.
  • Administer information about Employment Insurance (EI).
  • Produces statement of earnings of all non-Canadians overseas employee.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of HR experience, especially in payroll calculation.
  • Skilled in excel and can apply some basic shortcut operation and function formula.
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate without barriers.
  • Honest and reliable, no criminal record.
