Responsibilities
- Run the abattoirs.
- Processing of protein products.
- Ensure the quality insurance standards are met.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology or similar.
- Must be young and energetic with a culinary and food flair.
- Knowledge of product Development and quality control is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
