We are looking for a Sales Representative to extend our outreach and foothold throughout Zimbabwe.
Do you speak the farmers’ language and are you a true relation builder with a good understanding of local marketing?
Are you:
- Familiar or experienced with arable farming, row crops, potatoes, onions, vegetables?
- Able to talk and understand the farmers’ language and build a trusting relationship?
- A team player?
- A networker?
- A deal closer?
- Able to be on the road visiting farms?
- Experienced with commissioning sales at the customer (training can be provided), or address internally what is required for successful commissioning?
- Enthusiastic to help develop our marketing throughout the country?
- Capable of organizing demonstrations and field days?
- Ambitious to expand the business together throughout the region?
- Possessing good communication skills, on both a customer and colleague level?
- Able to work with a laptop with basic desktop skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook?
- Able to work in an international working environment and cope with remote management?
- Have a good work ethos (no 9-5 mentality)?
- Looking for a longer term (3-4 years minimum) job placement?
