Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma: further education in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or betting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
