Our client in Chegutu is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team for a job vacancy within the Poultry industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and coordinate arrangements for the MD’s office
  • Direct flow of visitors, mail, and other communication to and from the office to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and good public relations
  • Manage the MD’s extremely active calendar proactively and persistently
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the MD’s office and other functions, both internally and externally
  • Filing documents and ensuring confidentiality
  • Make travel arrangements for the MD and Senior Management Staff
  • Prepares and submits expense reports for the MDs office expenditure

 

Key Skills:

  • A Secretarial Diploma from a recognised institution
  • A University Degree is an added advantage
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good relationship management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good time-management skills
