Our client in Chegutu is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team for a job vacancy within the Poultry industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and coordinate arrangements for the MD’s office
- Direct flow of visitors, mail, and other communication to and from the office to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and good public relations
- Manage the MD’s extremely active calendar proactively and persistently
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the MD’s office and other functions, both internally and externally
- Filing documents and ensuring confidentiality
- Make travel arrangements for the MD and Senior Management Staff
- Prepares and submits expense reports for the MDs office expenditure
Key Skills:
- A Secretarial Diploma from a recognised institution
- A University Degree is an added advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good relationship management and problem-solving capabilities
- Good time-management skills
