Our client in Gauteng, South Africa is looking for a New Business Contract Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the IT industry.

Main Purpose

The NBCM has to be a commercially astute individual who creates a successful business by sourcing, identifying and winning high yielding IT business accounts. The NBCM has to understand the Sales Process that will include making quality appointments, facilitate successfully meetings and to finish the Sales Process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of turnover, appointment and daily call goals as set by manager.
  • Have the required level of business IT product knowledge. When clients commence with Trial or SLA Proper Handover to Key Account Manager.
  • Conversion of Client appointments to Turnover.
  • General administration.
    • Follow up emails post-appointment/post-phone call.
    • Handover forms
    • Keeping client database updated
    • Loading Lead on ConnectWise (CRM System)

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma – preferred.
  • Proven track-record in B2B sales.
  • Ability to run own desk and sign new clients.
  • Customer focused.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
