Regional Technical Sales Representative – Paper
Our client, within the paper industry in Zimbabwe, is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate within the PAPER industry for their regional activities. The suitable candidate would be based in Harare but travel within the region to maintain current customer relations and to carry out business development within the region.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support at business development trials.
• Customer support regarding any problems or concerns they may have and assist with its resolution.
• Regular interaction with current customer base.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, both locally and regionally.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and media shows.
• Weekly and Monthly reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the paper industry is required.
• A tertiary qualification in sales is preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical and detail oriented with a high-level of commitment and self-motivation.
• Strong communication skills

Our Client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a service centre manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is driven, energetic and a self-starter. Strong communication and people management skills as well as good reporting, organisation and problem-solving acumen.

Job Summary
• To manage the service centre team.
• Generate weekly and monthly service centre reports.
• Manage the operation of the Job Card system in Evolution.
• Manage the expenditure of outsourced technician jobs.
• Manage and report on the income and expenditure generated by the service centre.
• Manage the stocks on hand in the satellite stores.
• Manage the order units are serviced in.
• Manage the collection, receival and dispatching of client units.

Skills Necessary
• Ability to generate reports in Microsoft Excel and work on Sage Evolution.
• Leadership.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognize problems and create effective solutions.
• Possess a strong financial understanding.
• Strength of character and not shy in the face of confrontation.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with and keep private confidential information.
