Our Client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a service centre manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is driven, energetic and a self-starter. Strong communication and people management skills as well as good reporting, organisation and problem-solving acumen.

Job Summary
• To manage the service centre team.
• Generate weekly and monthly service centre reports.
• Manage the operation of the Job Card system in Evolution.
• Manage the expenditure of outsourced technician jobs.
• Manage and report on the income and expenditure generated by the service centre.
• Manage the stocks on hand in the satellite stores.
• Manage the order units are serviced in.
• Manage the collection, receival and dispatching of client units.

Skills Necessary
• Ability to generate reports in Microsoft Excel and work on Sage Evolution.
• Leadership.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognize problems and create effective solutions.
• Possess a strong financial understanding.
• Strength of character and not shy in the face of confrontation.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with and keep private confidential information.
