Description
• Develop a set of contracts within the company’s standard;
• Audit, supervise, negotiate contracts and analyze their risks;
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and develop implementation plans;
• Guarantee and maintain excellent working relationships;
• Coordinate contractual activities.


Requirements
• Higher level in Public Administration, Management of companies or related areas;
• Five (5) years of experience working with Civil & Mining Engineering project contracts ;
• Proven experience in using FIDIC (Red);
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good skills in Leadership, human resources management and negotiation.
