Our client in Tete is looking for a Territory Sales Executive to join their team for a job vacancy within the Manufacturing Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Promotion: Effectively present and promote our clients’ products to both current and potential clients in the area.
  • Evaluations: Conduct cost-benefit analyses of our clients’ products and services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through self-generated leads and cold calling.
  • Customer Problem Resolution: Work with regional support managers and technical teams to address customer issues and complaints.
  • Reporting: Manage and report on monthly pipelines, prospective accounts, and statuses.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor sales, territory potential, market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Report on customer needs, issues, interests, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ sales experience in the paint/coatings sector (brands, dealers, contractors, projects).
  • Demonstrable target attainment.
  • Strong dealer/contractor network in assigned city/region.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (English an advantage), valid driver’s license, willingness to travel.
  • Solid hygiene on pricing, invoicing, and collections.
