Job Description
The sales and marketing manager is responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations. In addition to managing staff, the sales and marketing manager’s job responsibilities include developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies to ensure that these responsibilities are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing/Reviewing sales and marketing strategies and communicating job expectations by analyzing the existing gap, planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions.
- Responsible for managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and that monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives and targets by contributing marketing and sales information.
- Maintain updated customer information, including contact data, and organize the CRM database of the company.
- Collect and analyses data on customer preferences and factors affecting product demands, and make business-oriented recommendations to the company.
- Conduct market intelligence, analyses competitors’ strategies, and report the same along with recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Qualification MA or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Architecture, Interior Design, and Furniture Design related field from recognized university.
Work Experience
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience for MA or six (6) years for BA, including at least two (2) years of managerial experience in similar organizations, is required for both.
