Our client in Maputo is looking for a Commercial Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial/sales Sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research to increase sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their specific business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional materials tailored to the commercial market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry.
- Experience in customer service, negotiation, and understanding market trends is crucial.
- On-the-job training is common, allowing representatives to familiarize themselves with specific products and sales techniques.
- Training programs, both formal and informal, help refine skills in communication, persuasion, and relationship building, essential for success in commercial sales.
