The Deployment and transport Manager is responsible for planning finished products for all Group brands, coordinating and successfully implementing the deployment of software or hardware solutions within the Group. He/she ensures communication with stakeholders and guarantees that deployment projects are delivered on time and in line with product specifications. Deployment and Transport Manager Effectively manages all transport-related operations to ensure the smooth distribution of goods while respecting deadlines and quality standards.
- Deployment Planning: Develop detailed plans for deployment projects, taking into account required resources, deadlines and milestones. Coordinate with logistics teams, taking into account the specificities of each product to ensure the preparation of optimal solutions for deployment.
- Lead the Sales and operation planning process, proposing solutions to reduce costs.
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with production and sales departments to ensure appropriate product allocation. Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deployment Execution : Oversee the implementation of solutions according to established plans. Manage contingencies and quickly resolve issues that may arise during deployment.
- Monitoring and reporting : Set up monitoring mechanisms to assess the progress of deployments.
- Prepare regular reports on progress, problems encountered and solutions found.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, project management or related field.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) would be an asset.
- Strong computer skills, with proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database programs
