Strategy, Vision and Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the operations teams.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operation staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of the company\u2019s strategic goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Operations Manager informed of all critical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data<\/li>\n<li>Write and submit reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with partners\/vendors<\/li>\n<li>Analyses current and future trends and needs and accurately assesses functional responsibilities, competitive strengths and vulnerabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Builds and maintains a departmental structure, operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements a talent plan to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet the strategic needs of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Manages employee performance by establishing clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring timely feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for process enhancements, cost improvements and expenditures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Operational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and Manage the Area Managers and Restaurant Managers (when needed)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure execution of correct operational procedures at all restaurants<\/li>\n<li>Stay tuned in with emerging trends that will affect the business<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ownership and accountability by consistently improving restaurant operating standards and taking the necessary corrective action<\/li>\n<li>Monitor poor performing Area Managers and General Managers. Implement and execute corrective action plans to improve poor operating or low profitability restaurants<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and Implements targets for Area Managers and GM\u2019s to achieve.<\/li>\n<li>Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Standards &amp; regulation compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the restaurants adhere to the required standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations and any other applicable local legislation at the restaurant level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.
