The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and bespoke presentations to negotiations and closure\u2014while building long-term relationships with agents and clients in close coordination with the Head of Sales and Country Head. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen to shape Kenya&#8217;s urban development landscape through local and international deal-making, industry representation, and strategic marketing collaboration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information and how to apply, please follow the link below.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the entire commercial and industrial sales process including lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure and administration, in close coordination with the Head of Sales, and the Country Head.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for the sale of educational, commercial and industrial land to target market (industries, companies, hotels, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and developers; JVs also possible).<\/li>\n<li>Generate, convert and close local and international sales leads.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a relationship with current commercial and industrial clients by offering after sales support.<\/li>\n<li>Upload client information and sales activities in CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the marketing team in implementing a marketing strategy to support sales.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to source leads and receive the latest industry information; and<\/li>\n<li>All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7 &#8211; 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.<\/li>\n<li>Wide and strong network in Kenya and international business circles.<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mature, pragmatic and flexible approach, strong commercial judgment.<\/li>\n<li>Team player but comfortable working autonomously.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Rigorous and organized approach.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, ready to roll up the sleeves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
