\nmanage the Agronomy Operations to achieve yield and
\nquality index targets maintaining crop throw and following Leaf
\nProduction Policies and Procedures.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nPerformance INDICATORS<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  • Evaluates,
    \nreviews, plans, forecasts and develops the 3 to 5 year Agronomy operational
    \nplan, and agrees all targets with the General Manager to ensure Agronomy Operations
    \nare in line with the Agronomy SOP\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepares,
    \nmonitors and maintains the financial budget for the Agronomy Sustainability for
    \napproval by the General Manager in line with the Finance and
    \nAccounting Policies\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepares and submits
    \nmonthly Corporate, customer crop, customer quarterly reports, on line self
    \nassessment reports and annual crop reports and submits these to relevant
    \nrecipients copied to the General Manager, as per Statutory Reporting\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develops and maintains
    \nstakeholder relationships through related education in line with the Crop
    \nCalendar, discussion groups, and monitoring community and local Government
    \nissues to support general community and local Government as per Public
    \nRelations Policies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications<\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Degree
      \nin Agriculture, Environment and Natural Sciences from a <\/span>recognized<\/span>\u00a0Tertiary
      \nInstitute\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Tobacco
      \nand agronomic production experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
