    • \n
      Deliver food and beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Set objectives and targets for beverage unit\/bar<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Determine staff needs and recruit staff<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Plan & design KPI for the Bar patron to excel and improve in business<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Assess development needs and train and coach staff<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet standards and objectives<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Ensure staff operate with in company policies<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Organize and adjust staff rotos and schedules in accordance with available resources and labour regulations<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Resolve customer complaints Promptly<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    • \n
      Monitor cleanliness and Hygiene<\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
