The restaurant manager manages the day to day operations of the restaurant. The manager keeps track of the daily sales, makes the everyday schedule and handles the employee relations.     Demonstrating World Class Services<\/div>\n

    Greeting and serving customer<\/div>\n

    <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    Being Competent in all aspects of all work done by waiters, runners, supervisors, Front house managers, Kitchen managers, Bar Manager, Stock managers and purchasing managers.<\/div>\n

    <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

  • \n
    Analysing and monitoring daily to weekly & monthly turnover sales and sales mix. Ensure to focus on sales and sales mix to plan a day to day Turnover target and fast to slow menu items.<\/div>\n

  • \n
    Working towards Monthly store turn over budgets. Planning Monthly turnover budget meeting. For performance review<\/div>\n

    <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

  • \n
    Analysing and Monitoring Expenses and costs. To ensure that budget is met.<\/div>\n

    <\/span><\/font><\/li>\n

    \n
    FOH managers are communicated, that each Waitron & Barman have daily to weekly turnover targets.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
    Being aware and having a working understanding of company policies<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Completing payroll summaries & Attendance registry<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Read reports on FOH management reports of lower junior staff on work, customer service and turnover performances. Carrying out employee evaluations with FOH managers<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Ensure that FOH managers Brief at the beginning of each shift daily, that it is recorded and discussed in daily management meetings.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
