font-weight: bold;\">Functions:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Manage and supervise all personnel on site, contractors and visitors;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Operate and manage the site in accordance with the O&#038;M Operating System requirements<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Manage and communicate as required with all pertinent stakeholders including Owners, Local Community, Landowners, Utility, and others;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Ensure all SSOM site Safety Regulations (SSOM-PSR) and Operational Regulations for High Voltage Systems (SSOM-ORHVS) requirements are adhered to;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Maintain and drive HSE systems and principles at the site and do reports Daily and weekly.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; font-weight: bold; font-family: Arial, Verdana;\">Requirements:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; font-weight: bold; font-family: Arial, Verdana;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Degree in Engineering or other relevant qualification;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Minimum of Five years\u2019 (5) experience in operations and maintenance of Solar Systems;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Good Management Skills;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Excellent computer skills;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Fluent in English.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Verdana;
