PRI is hiring an Information Manager<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
Functions:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Lead, oversee and manage the Information Management (IM) implementation for HRRP at provincial\/national level;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Overall management and leadership of the Information Management team and Train program staff on the use of the database;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Develop an \u201cintegrated\u201d set of solutions for the program with limited gaps and across functional areas;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintain documentation database\/design documentation and operating manual on how to use the database for the programs;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Regularly liaise with government authorities, National Reconstruction Authority and other partners.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

Requirements:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Degree in Information Management, Geographic Information Systems, Informatic, or related course;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Minimum of Five Years (5) experience in Document Management Systems and Collaboration Tools;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience in cluster coordination, shelter, disaster risk reduction and management, humanitarian reform;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Excellent planning, coordination, monitoring and organizational skills;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Fluency in Portuguese and English.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
