font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Promote a safety culture for organization and sub-contractors;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Lead implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001 management systems and certifications;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Implement HSE specific tools across the business: e.g. Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Malaria Awareness training and regular risk assessments;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Ensuring quality results are delivered despite short and conflicting timelines;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; font-weight: bold;\">Requirements:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience (5 years in management roles);<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and\/or proven expertise in the relevant area;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Fluency in English and Portuguese;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"\"><font face=\"Arial, Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u2022 Experience in use of Word, Excel, Presentational tools and mapping software.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Verdana;
