PRI is Hiring an Complaints Manager<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

Functions:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ensure the implementation of the compliance management structure;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ensure a healthy relationship with regulatory and supervisory bodies and ensure that\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
all items required by regulators are promptly attended to by the various areas of the institution,<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u00a0assertively and with representativeness and reliability;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ensure the approval and implementation of the institution’s existing policies, ensure their publication and facilitate access for employees;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Organize workshops and training programs to improve the efficiency of customer service;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Supervise the customer support team;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintain an inventory of customer complaints to analyze them and improve company standards.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
Requirements:<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Degree in Accounting and Auditing or Economics or related field.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 5 years of professional experience in the Compliance or Risk area.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of regulatory, banking, foreign exchange, procedural and commercial regulations.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of the English language.<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n
