{"id":1509,"date":"2020-04-01T10:14:20","date_gmt":"2020-04-01T10:14:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=1509"},"modified":"2020-04-01T12:03:50","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T12:03:50","slug":"HumanResourcesManager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/job\/1509","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Our Client, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team and run the department effectively.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>:<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Processing Monthly payroll using Belina<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Oversee the employment process<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Chairing the disciplinary committee and overseeing all hearings, appeals, etc.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Keeping up to date with all statutory changes in the labour laws relative to the transport sector and implement relevant changes as and when necessary<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Managing and implementing a workers&#8217; committee and council and coordinate the respective meetings.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience as an HR Manager of a large company<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Extensive knowledge of Belina<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Extensive experience with disciplinary committees, hearing, appeals, etc..<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Experience with workers&#8217; committees and councils<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Interested and suitably qualified candidates to send through their CVs by the 3rd of April 2020.
