Responsible for monitoring
\n& reporting all financial activities at the Feed Mill to Finance Department<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Key Result Area 1: Responsible for monitoring and
\nreporting all stock movements & variances<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Major Activities<\/span><\/b><\/a> required in achieving desired output:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

1.    <\/span><\/span>Reconciles
\nweighbridge receipts with Sage 300 daily<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

2.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Monitors stocks to ensure that stock levels in system
\nmatch physical stocks<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

3.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures internal usages are accurately posted in Sage
\n300 daily<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

4.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures feed is correctly invoiced & PODs are collected
\nand filed correctly daily<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

5.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures Credit Notes are properly authorized and
\nprocessed<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

6.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures that stock is correctly costed in the system<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

7.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Reviews recons between batch explorer & Sage 300<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

8.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Conducts spot checks and participates in monthly
\nstocktakes<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

9.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Signs all month end stock-sheets and ensures they are
\nposted within agreed timelines of completion of stock count<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

10.
\n<\/span><\/span>Publishes monthly stock variance report<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

11.
\n<\/span><\/span>Reconciles inventory subledger to the control account
\nfor all Mill stocks<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

12.
\n<\/span><\/span>Prepares monthly throughput reconciliation and
\nreconciles with General Ledger<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

13.
\n<\/span><\/span>Reconciles consignment stock positions & contracts<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\nResponsible for monitoring financial SOPs and ensuring they are adhered to<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nachieving desired output:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

1.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Monitors & reports all NC issues at the
\nweighbridge to Finance Director & Mill Management team<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

2.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Reviews and reports on any changes made to Mill
\noperating systems (i.e.: bagging units, batch explorer, formulations etc.)<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

3.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures that all corrective actions based on internal
\n& external audit reports are carried out timeously<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

1.    <\/span><\/span>Prepares
\n& monitors yearly budget for the Mill with Mill Executive\/Manager<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

2.    <\/span><\/span>Prepares
\nall reports for monthly financial review and submits to Financial Director
\n& Mill Executive<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

3.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Compiles Mill Stock Accruals Report and reconciles to
\nthe Ledger<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Key Result Area 4:
\nResponsible for preparing all Mill payments documentation for submission to
\nFinance Department<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nachieving desired output:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

1.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures the Purchase Order has been authorized by Mill
\nExec<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

2.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures the Weighbridge Ticket\/GRV is done and
\nattached to the payment<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

3.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures a valid Tax Invoice is produced for each
\npayment and that it matches the Weighbridge Ticket<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

4.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Ensures that Offloading Ticket is completed and
\nattached the payment requisition<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

5.   
\n<\/span><\/span>Checks that all Weighbridge Tickets & Offloading
\nTickets match and notifies the Mill Exec immediately when a variance occurs<\/span><\/p>\n
