Our Client in Dubai is looking for a strong business development manager to lead their established and future client database (GCC & Levant Markets). You will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, ensuring growth and sustainability, as well as new industry penetration & service innovation and provide pitch support to country BD teams.

Financial Contributions<\/span>
\u2022\tDeliver new business development targets <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Operational Contributions<\/span>
\u2022\tDrive the identification, evaluation, development and pitching of regional business opportunities\/leads
\u2022\tLead contract negotiation activities with regional clients to facilitate deal closing.
\u2022\tDrive the development of industry specific service opportunities and credentials, and support the local country teams in new industry penetration through local skill development and local pitch support
\u2022\tSupport local country teams with new service innovation initiatives and cross-pollination of service innovations across the region
\u2022\tProvide in-country BD and pitch support to prioritized countries <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
People Contributions <\/span>
\u2022\tSupport learning and development of country BD teams
\u2022\tDrive self-learning and improvement in the area of business development as part of continuous learning process
\u2022\tDemonstrated experience in applying business development principles for medium to large sized companies
\u2022\tDemonstrated application of strategic thinking, business acumen, in thought processes and decision-making
\u2022\tProven client and customer account management skills
\u2022\tDemonstrated ability to manage global\/regional\/country level assignments and projects
\u2022\tProven proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
REQUIREMENTS <\/span>
\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree
\u2022\tmaster\u2019s in business administration is preferred
\u2022\tTen years\u2019 experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc.
\u2022\tMinimum five years\u2019 experience in a business development role in a service provider (preferably in a similar BTL industry service provider)<\/div>\n
