Job Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are seeking an experienced Site\/Construction Supervisor<\/strong> to oversee the day-to-day operations of solar PV installation projects. The successful candidate will ensure that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for solar PV projects.<\/li>\n
  • Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure timely project delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor adherence to project plans, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.<\/li>\n
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct daily site inspections, progress reporting, and issue resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work schedules and quality checks.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in construction supervision, preferably in renewable energy or electrical projects.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
