The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technology advisor rather than a vendor, analyzing clients&#8217; complex infrastructure needs and mapping them effectively to the full suite of managed services, hardware solutions, and subscription cloud services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic Partnership &amp; Solution Selling:<\/strong> Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover corporate and enterprise business constraints, tech limitations, and strategic goals to align with the long-term technology strategy or the organisation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Holistic Portfolio Representation:<\/strong> Drive sales by promoting and bundling the entire RCS solution catalog, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Acronis Cybersecurity &amp; Backup solutions, compliance, system support, and hardware fleets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account Management &amp; Lifecycle Ownership:<\/strong> Manage the full partnership cycle from self-sourced prospecting and lead generation to implementation, onboarding, and client retention.
