\n\u2022 Oversee day-to-day business operations<\/strong>, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
\n\u2022 Lead sales initiatives<\/strong> to expand market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
\n\u2022 Manage procurement processes<\/strong>, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products.
\n\u2022 Supervise accounts and financial management,<\/strong> maintaining accurate reporting and compliance.
\n\u2022 Provide strategic direction to enhance service delivery<\/strong> and farmer support.
\n\u2022 Travel regularly<\/strong> within the Copperbelt region to engage with stakeholders and monitor branch
\nperformance.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proven experience in managing business operations, sales, procurement, and accounts management.<\/strong>
\n\u2022 3-5 years of business management<\/strong> experience within the agricultural\/retail sector<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and organisational skills<\/strong> with the ability to manage diverse teams.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication<\/strong> and interpersonal abilities.
\n\u2022 High level of integrity<\/strong> and commitment to ethical business practices.
\n\u2022 Passion for agriculture<\/strong> and dedication to empowering small-scale farmers.<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Willingness to travel extensively within the Copperbelt area.<\/p>\n
