The role focuses on developing long-term commercial relationships, increasing sales volumes across AGO, PMS, and HFO while ensuring strong margin management and collections discipline.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"983\">This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating bulk supply agreements, managing key customer relationships, and coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1210\">The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company\u2019s commercial footprint, increasing fuel volumes, improving customer retention, and strengthening market share within a competitive fuel and energy market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1235\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1235\"><em><strong>Sales and Business Development<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1672\">Identify and acquire high-volume commercial customers for fuel and energy products.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1672\">Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share, fuel volumes, and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1672\">Negotiate and secure bulk supply agreements and long-term offtake contracts with corporate and industrial customers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1672\">Drive conversion of qualified prospects into active and consistently consuming accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Key Account Management<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"2096\">Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and repeat business.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"2096\">Understand customer operational requirements and provide tailored fuel supply solutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"2096\">Conduct regular customer visits to monitor service levels, fuel consumption trends, and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"2096\">Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate internal support where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Commercial Performance Management<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2472\">Achieve agreed sales, margin, and collections targets.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2472\">Monitor account profitability and ensure adherence to approved pricing and margin thresholds.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2472\">Ensure customer accounts operate within approved credit terms and support timely collections.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2472\">Maintain an active and qualified sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Market Intelligence and Reporting<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities within the fuel and energy market.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze customer and market data to support commercial decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic sales, pipeline, and market performance reports for management review.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for expansion into new sectors, regions, and product categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Collaboration and Operational Coordination<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with operations, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with credit and finance teams on customer onboarding, account management, and collections follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of commercial initiatives and strategic projects as directed by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Compliance and Safety<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3616\">Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3616\">Promote safe handling, storage, and usage practices for fuel and energy products among customers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3616\">Maintain proper documentation for customer contracts, pricing approvals, and account records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3620\" data-end=\"3649\"><em><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3651\" data-end=\"4087\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3651\" data-end=\"4087\">Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in: Commercial sales, B2B sales, key account management, bulk sales, or strategic business development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3651\" data-end=\"4087\">Prior experience within oil &amp;
