The purpose of this role is to drive leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, and people performance across their Group. The role will support HR teams on core HR operations and capability building as the business continues to grow and evolve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information and how to apply, please follow the link below.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Capability, Learning &amp; Talent Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Group-wide learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives aligned to business and growth strategy<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver leadership, onboarding, technical, and compliance programmes<\/li>\n<li>Build scalable learning systems and internal training capability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance, Succession &amp; Leadership Readiness<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Embed learning into performance management, succession planning, and career pathways<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen leadership pipeline and internal mobility across the Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Organisation Effectiveness &amp; Workforce Design<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support organisation design, job architecture, role clarity, and workforce effectiveness initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Operations and HR teams to translate strategy into practical capability on the ground<\/li>\n<li>Drive Group-wide employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, value alignment, and employee experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Operations &amp; Capability Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide advisory and hands-on support to HR teams on general HR operations, policy application, and people management practices<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen HR capability through coaching, guidance, and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Governance, Measurement &amp; Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage learning budgets, partners, and calendars<\/li>\n<li>Track, evaluate, and report on learning effectiveness and ROI<\/li>\n<li>Track and report on employee engagement metrics, retention insights, and culture indicators to inform decision-making and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in human resources, Learning &amp; Development, Organisational Psychology, or related business field<\/li>\n<li>Minium 10 years&#8217; progressive experience in Learning &amp; Development, Organisational Development and\/or generalist HR roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in Learning &amp; Development and Organisational Design<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to translate business strategy into practical capability-building programmes<\/li>\n<li>Credible partner to senior leaders with strong facilitation and influence skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in hospitality, service, or complex operational environments preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
