{"id":10102,"date":"2026-04-30T16:52:21","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T14:52:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=10102"},"modified":"2026-05-04T17:09:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T15:09:15","slug":"service-advisor-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/job\/10102","title":{"rendered":"Service Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are recruiting!<\/p>\n<p>Our client in Maputo is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team within the Automotive Sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.<\/li>\n<li>Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians to complete.<\/li>\n<li>Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.<\/li>\n<li>Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts.<\/li>\n<li>Secondary education in the automotive field or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customers\u2019 needs to workable technician orders.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills include the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills based on experience.<\/li>\n<li>Continuing education and knowledge acquisition on the function and repair of newer vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customers who may only have basic automotive knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":5328,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_application":"dirakoze@priconsultants.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[133],"job-types":[114],"class_list":["post-10102","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_listing_category-automotive-transport","job_listing_type-available","job-type-available"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Service Advisor - PRI Vacancies<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/job\/10102\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Service Advisor - PRI Vacancies\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"We are recruiting!
